- minced pork 400 g
- egg 1
- flour 3 tbsp

- chicken bouillon 1 cube
- carrot 1
- apples 2
- butter 25 g
- curry powder 2 tbsp
- poaching liquid 500 ml
- cooking cream 100 ml
- rice 300 g
- parsley

1Finely chop one of the onions . Mix it with minced pork , egg , flour , salt and pepper and work into a firm meatball mixture.

2Shape the mixture into meatballs with a spoon. Heat water with the chicken bouillon to a boil, add the meatballs and poach them 8 minutes . Set the meatballs aside and keep the poaching liquid.

3Dice the large carrot , the remaining onion and the apples .

4Melt butter in a pot and let it foam. Add curry powder , carrot, onion and apple and fry 2 minutes .

5Add poaching liquid from the meatballs and simmer until the carrot is tender, 10 minutes . Blend the sauce with an immersion blender.

6Season with salt, pepper and more curry to taste, then stir in cooking cream .

7Add the meatballs to the sauce and warm them through.

8Serve with boiled rice , extra apple on top and chopped parsley .
