1Combine turmeric , coriander , cumin , cloves , cardamom , cinnamon powder , fenugreek seeds , paprika , allspice , fennel , nutmeg , garlic powder , black pepper , cayenne pepper , ginger powder , red chili pepper , gochugaru , white pepper powder , and bay leaf in a glass jar .
