Smokey Whisky Sour

🥘 Ingredients

• whiskey 40 ml
• lemon juice 20 ml
• simple syrup 20 ml
• egg white 20 ml
• ice
• ice cubes

   Add whiskey , lemon juice , simple syrup and egg white to a shaker .

   Dry Shake without ice for 30 seconds . Add ice and shake again until the tin turns properly cold.

   Double-strain into rocks glass over fresh ice cubes .
