Add @whiskey{40%ml}(Peeded/smokey), @lemon juice{20%ml}(Freshly squeezed), @simple syrup{20%ml} and @egg white{20%ml} to a #shaker{}.

Dry Shake without ice for ~{30%seconds}. Add @ice{} and shake again until the tin turns properly cold.

Double-strain into #rocks glass{} over fresh @ice cubes{}.
