- chicken thighs 6
- salt ¼ tsp
- black pepper ¼ tsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- chicken broth ½ cup
- sun dried tomatoes 0.33 cup
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- spinach 4 cup
- heavy whipping cream 1 cup
- parmesan cheese ½ cup

1Turn on your slow cooker . Add the chicken thighs to the pot and season with salt and black pepper . Mince the garlic and add them to the chicken. Add the chicken broth , sun dried tomatoes , and lemon juice . Set the timer for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Put the lid on the crockpot and let the chicken cook.

2Once the timer goes off, add the spinach and put the lid back on for 10 minutes . When the spinach wilts, add the heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese . Stir carefully to combine, making sure not to break the chicken.

3To serve, place each chicken thigh on a plate . Divide the spinach, sundried tomatoes, and cream sauce over the chicken. Serve immediately.
