Banana Bread
This one-bowl sour cream banana bread recipe is amazing, Super moist and fluffy, it is crazy delicious and so easy to make!

- sugar 212 g|1%cup
- vegetable oil Β½ cup
- eggs 2
- mashed ripe bananas 227 g|3%banana|1%cup
- sour cream 113 g|1/2%cup
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- flour 213 g|3/2%cup
- baking soda 1 tsp
- salt Β½ tsp

- 9x5-inch loaf pan
- large bowl
- whisk
- cooling rack

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Grease and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan . Set aside.

3In a large bowl , whisk together sugar and vegetable oil |butter{1/2%cup}. Add eggs , mashed ripe bananas , sour cream and vanilla extract ; blend well.

4Add flour , baking soda and salt ; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.

5Bake for 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

6Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Gently turn out onto a cooling rack and cool completely. Store covered at room temperature
