- oregano ½ tbsp
- cumin ¼ tsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- greek-style soy yoghurt 120 g
- lemon ¼
- chicken breasts 2

1Add garlic , salt , ground black pepper , oregano , cumin , olive oil , greek-style soy yoghurt , and the juice from lemon into a bowl and whip it all together.

2Add chicken breasts , mix well, and put in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes (or up to 1440 minutes ) so that the chicken absorbs all the flavors.

3Pull out the chicken from the fridge and pre-heat the oven at 200C

4Use onion as a base, and insert a stick vertically to use as a skewer .

5Place the base on an oven tray covered with baking paper .

6Stick the chicken breasts cut into smaller pieces into the skewer. Rotate the pieces so that the pile is compact.

7Put in the #&oven for 60-90 minutes , until the chicken is golden and crusty on the sides.

8Cool down for 10-15 minutes before cutting the chicken.

9Serve with pita bread, tzatziki, feta cheese, and vegetables (e.g., aubergines, zucchinis, salad, tomatoes).
