Add @chicken breasts{2}(deboned and skinned), mix well, and put in the #refrigerator for at least ~{60%minutes} (or up to ~{1440%minutes}) so that the chicken absorbs all the flavors. Pull out the chicken from the fridge and pre-heat the #oven at 200C Use @onion{1/2}(large) as a base, and insert a stick vertically to use as a #skewer. Place the base on an #oven tray{} covered with #baking paper{}. Stick the chicken breasts cut into smaller pieces into the skewer. Rotate the pieces so that the pile is compact. Put in the #&oven for ~{60-90%minutes}, until the chicken is golden and crusty on the sides. Cool down for ~{10-15%minutes} before cutting the chicken. Serve with pita bread, tzatziki, feta cheese, and vegetables (e.g., aubergines, zucchinis, salad, tomatoes).
