🥘 Ingredients

  • green olives 8 large
  • Genoa salami slices 8
  • mini Mozzarella cheese balls 8
  • basil leaves 8 large
  • grape tomatoes 8
  • cheese tortellini 8
  • black olives 8 large
  • Dijon mustard ½ tsp
  • garlic ½ clove
  • honey 2 tsp
  • extra-virgin olive oil ¾ cup
  • salt 0.67 tsp
  • fresh ground pepper ¼ tsp
  • fresh chives ½ tsp
  • fresh basil ½ tsp
  • fresh parsley ½ tsp
  • good vinegar ¼ cup

  • 7 inch wooden skewers
  • jar with a lid

Antipasto Skewers

    Using 8 7 inch wooden skewers , thread one of each antipasto ingredients onto skewers: green olives , Genoa salami slices , mini Mozzarella cheese balls , basil leaves , grape tomatoes , cheese tortellini , and black olives . Set aside.

Herb Vinaigrette

For the vinegar, I use Champagne but sherry or balsamic is fine.

    In a small jar with a lid , add Dijon mustard , garlic , honey , extra-virgin olive oil , salt , fresh ground pepper , fresh chives , fresh basil and fresh parsley . Secure lid and shake until thoroughly mixed.

    When ready to serve, pour good vinegar and dressing over skewers.
