- ikura 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- mirin 1 Tbsp
- burrata cheese 2 balls
- arugula Β½ cup
- French baguette 1
- ?yuzu kosho 1 Tbsp

1Gather all the ingredients.

2To prepare marinated Ikura, add ikura , soy sauce , and mirin in a small bowl and mix all together.

3Drain burrata cheese and place in a serving dish . Gently break open the cheese (I make a slit on top) and put the marinated ikura on top. Surround it decoratively with arugula and serve with French baguette .
To Serve

Yuzu kosho is optional, but highly recommend for spicy kick.

1Place a bit of the burrata cheese, arugula, and ikura on a slice of toasted baguette. Top with a bit of the ?yuzu kosho and enjoy.
