- pita bread 2 loaves
- falafel 6
- tahini sauce ΒΌ cup
- fresh herbs 2 tbsp
- turnip pickles 2 tbsp

Use my simple tahini sauce recipe for the tahini sauce.

1Place a loaf of pita bread on each of two plates . Lay several falafel along one side of the bread a few inches from the edge.

2Top with tahini sauce , fresh herbs , and turnip pickles . Dust with chopped herbs.

3Roll the pita up tightly, cut in half on the diagonal, and serve immediately with more sauce for dipping.
