- romaine lettuce 3-4 cups
- fresh tomatoes ΒΌ cup
- fermented tea leaves 1-4 oz
- crunchy topping ΒΌ cup
- lemon 1
- olive oil 2 Tbsp

Crunchy topping: fried yellow lentils, butter beans, garlic, roasted peanuts, and toasted sesame.

1Rinse, dry, and chop or shred the romaine lettuce . Dice the fresh tomatoes .

2Create a base with the romaine lettuce. Arrange fermented tea leaves , tomatoes, and crunchy topping on top. Squeeze 1/4 lemon and drizzle with olive oil .
