- Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa 1 sachet
- Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa 1 sachet
- Gran Luchito Cantina Beans Β½ pack
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- free-range eggs 4
- Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps 4
- ripe avocado 1
- white onion ΒΌ
- jalapeno 1
- coriander 1 handful

1Pour the Gran Luchito Chipotle Salsa and the Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa into two separate saucepans and warm them up over low heat while you cook your eggs. Do the same with the Gran Luchito Cantina Beans .

2Heat a pan with olive oil , and fry your free-range eggs sunny side up or over easy, as you prefer.

3Warm up your Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps and keep them warm by wrapping them in a tea towel .

4On a plate place two fried eggs per person, then add warm chipotle salsa over one egg and tomatillo salsa sauce over the other egg.

5Garnish your eggs with slices of ripe avocado , white onion , jalapeno and a few coriander leaves. Serve with warm Gran Luchito Cantina Beans and a warm tortilla on the side. Delicious!
