1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash.

3In a large bowl , mix mashed potatoes with cream cheese , sour cream , butter , garlic powder , salt , and pepper .

4Pour into a greased casserole dish .

5Top with shredded cheddar cheese .
