Preheat oven to 350°F.

Boil @potatoes{5%lbs} until tender. Peel and mash.

In a #large bowl{}, mix mashed potatoes with @cream cheese{8%oz}, @sour cream{1/2%cup}, @butter{1/4%cup}, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @pepper{1/2%tsp}.

Pour into a greased #casserole dish{}.

Top with @shredded cheddar cheese{1%cup}.
