1Begin by boiling a pot of water.

2Halve the Brussel sprouts and blanch until bright green.

3Fry the chopped bacon and onion until brown.

4Add the Brussel sprouts to the bacon mix and fry until just browning. Taste for salt and pepper and add the honey .
