  • garlic 2 bulbs
  • olive oil 60 ml
  • lemon Β½
  • double cream 3 table spoons
  • chili pepper 1 pinch
  • salt 1 pinch

    Peel the garlic .

    Cook it in boiling water for 5 minutes .

    Cool it under cold water and dry it.

    Blend the garlic with the olive oil , the lemon juice, the double cream , the chili pepper and the salt .
