π₯ Ingredients
- garlic 2 bulbs
- olive oil 60 ml
- lemon Β½
- double cream 3 table spoons
- chili pepper 1 pinch
- salt 1 pinch

1Peel the garlic .

2Cook it in boiling water for 5 minutes .

3Cool it under cold water and dry it.

4Blend the garlic with the olive oil , the lemon juice, the double cream , the chili pepper and the salt .
