Crème pâtissière

🥘 Ingredients

  • egg yolks 2
  • sugar 100 g
  • flour 50 g
  • milk 100 ml
  • milk 400 ml
  • vanilla 1 pod

    Mix the egg yolks and the sugar .

    Add the flour and mix.
  3. 3
    Add ½ cup of milk to make the mixture more liquid.
  4. 4
    Put the milk left to heat. When it is warm, add the egg/sugar/flour mixture.
  5. 5
    Add the vanilla .
  6. 6
    Mix with a whisk until boiling. At this point the cream should already be quite thick.
