Crème pâtissière
🥘 Ingredients
- egg yolks 2
- sugar 100 g
- flour 50 g
- milk 100 ml
- milk 400 ml
- vanilla 1 pod

1Mix the egg yolks and the sugar .

2Add the flour and mix.

3Add ½ cup of milk to make the mixture more liquid.

4Put the milk left to heat. When it is warm, add the egg/sugar/flour mixture.

5Add the vanilla .

6Mix with a whisk until boiling. At this point the cream should already be quite thick.
