  • silken tofu 300 g
  • salt 1 pinch
  • coriander 1 handful
  • chilli 1 pc
  • nooch 2 tbsp
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • self raising flour 375 g
  • water 3 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • plant based butter 200 g
  • garlic cloves 2 cloves
  • coriander leaves 1 handful

    In a large bowl mash the silken tofu with salt , coriander , chilli , nooch , and cumin . Add the self raising flour and water . Mix until just combined, then knead on a floured surface until smooth. Rest 10 minutes . Roll into balls, then flatten into rounds with a rolling pin.

    In a pan heat oil and fry each flatbread 3 minutes|4%minutes until golden and puffed.

    In a pan melt plant based butter . Add garlic cloves , sizzle 1 minutes , then stir in coriander leaves .

    Brush the garlic butter over the warm flatbreads and serve straight away.
