π₯ Ingredients
- silken tofu 300 g
- salt 1 pinch
- coriander 1 handful
- chilli 1 pc
- nooch 2 tbsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- self raising flour 375 g
- water 3 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp
- plant based butter 200 g
- garlic cloves 2 cloves
- coriander leaves 1 handful

- large bowl

1In a large bowl mash the silken tofu with salt , coriander , chilli , nooch , and cumin . Add the self raising flour and water . Mix until just combined, then knead on a floured surface until smooth. Rest 10 minutes . Roll into balls, then flatten into rounds with a rolling pin.

2In a pan heat oil and fry each flatbread 3 minutes|4%minutes until golden and puffed.

3In a pan melt plant based butter . Add garlic cloves , sizzle 1 minutes , then stir in coriander leaves .

4Brush the garlic butter over the warm flatbreads and serve straight away.
