Add the @self raising flour{375%g} and @water{3%tbsp}. Mix until just combined, then knead on a floured surface until smooth. Rest ~{10%minutes}. Roll into balls, then flatten into rounds with a rolling pin. In a #pan{} heat @oil{1%tbsp} and fry each flatbread ~{3%minutes|4%minutes} until golden and puffed. In a #pan{} melt @plant based butter{200%g}. Add @garlic cloves{2%cloves}, sizzle ~{1%minutes}, then stir in @coriander leaves{1%handful}. Brush the garlic butter over the warm flatbreads and serve straight away.
