- garlic 2 cloves, minced
- tofu 400 grams, cubed, pressed
- soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp
- rice 1 cup, rinsed
- water 2 cups

1In a rice cooker melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant 3 minutes . Add tofu and toss to coat in the butter. Stir in soy sauce and mix to combine.

2Add rice and water to the rice cooker with the tofu mixture. Stir to distribute evenly, then close the lid and cook until the rice is tender and the tofu is hot, 25 minutes . Fluff the rice and serve.
