  • cornstarch 1 tbsp

    Pour the mirin , sugar , dashi , and sake into a pot and put the pot on high heat. Stir until all of the sugar and dashi is dissolved. Boil and add the soy sauce Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes Mix cornstarch and water Drizzle into mixture to thicken.
