1Make marinade, mix brown sugar , soy sauce , minced garlic cloves , minced ginger Slice pork butt into 5cm pieces Marinate 24 hours Heat smoker to 95Β°C Smoke 4 hours , until internal temp of 62Β°C Remove from smoker, slice into bite-sized pieces Start in cold pan and fry, add guava jelly , sliced sweet onion
