  • eggs 7
  • sugar 80 g

    Melt chocolate 80% with butter and salt in a double boiler. Whip the whites of eggs until they are firm then add sugar Add yolks of eggs in chocolate mixuture carefully. Fold the whites of the eggs with chocolate mixture. Put in the fridge for 3 hours .
