Melt @chocolate 80%{100%g} with @butter{50%g} and @salt{1%pinch} in a double boiler. 
Whip the whites of @eggs{7} until they are firm then add @sugar{80%g}
Add yolks of @eggs{3} in chocolate mixuture carefully. 
Fold the whites of the eggs with chocolate mixture.
Put in the fridge for ~{3%hours}.
