1Mix ground pork , and salt . Knead until very mushy. Add pork fat , chicken boullion powder , white pepper , sugar , sesame oil , shaoxing wine , msg , and cornstarch . Mix well. Add chopped shrimp and soaked and chopped dried shitake mushrooms . Mix thoroughly Use fork to make dumplings. Steam for 10 minutes.
