1Use a 8x10 pan . Place dough{250%g} in the pan. From the pizza-dough-fast recipe. Preheat oven to 290C. Parbake for 4 minutes . Add low moisture mozzarella , cubed. Add toppings Bake for 14 minutes , rotating 50% through. Watch the top resistance to ensure it isn't too hot. Remove from oven, release from pan, and place on a rack . Top with warm tomato sauce.
