- fillet minon 1
- garlic
- thyme
- butter
- broccoli

1Prep: Salt and Pepper fillet minon At Room Temperature for 20 minutes before

2Add a touch of olive oil to pan until hot

3Add in steak for 4 minutes and

4Crush a bit of garlic to the pan

5Add some thyme to the pan

6Add more olive oil

7Add butter and baste steak

8Flip steak and cook for another 4 minutes

9Cook until meat feels like at top of wrist above wrist strap. rare is left of the palm, medium is at wrist strap,

10Let meat stand for 10 mins
