  • vegeta 1 tsp
  • bay leaf 1
  • butter 1 tsp
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • chicken stock
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • salt
  • sugar

    Cook beetroot in water with salt , onion , vegeta , bay leaf and butter for 35mins.

    When cooked add vinegar or lemon juice .

    Separate juice from beets. Mix beets liquid with the same amount of chicken stock .

    Add some black pepper , salt , sugar if you like for taste.
