- beetroot 4
- salt
- onion 1
- vegeta 1 tsp
- bay leaf 1
- butter 1 tsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- chicken stock
- black pepper 1 tsp
- salt
- sugar

1Cook beetroot in water with salt , onion , vegeta , bay leaf and butter for 35mins.

2When cooked add vinegar or lemon juice .

3Separate juice from beets. Mix beets liquid with the same amount of chicken stock .

4Add some black pepper , salt , sugar if you like for taste.
