🥘 Ingredients
- cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- cashews 0.33 cup
- tomato puree ¼ cup
- fresh coriander ¼ cup
- garlic 2 cloves
- desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- garam masala 1 tbsp
- ginger 3 tsp
- ground coriander 2 tsp
- sweet paprika 2 tsp
- ground turmeric 2 tsp
- oil ¼ cup

1Place the cumin seeds in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic.

2Blend the cumin seeds, cashews , tomato puree , fresh coriander , crushed garlic , desiccated coconut , garam masala , grated ginger , ground coriander , sweet paprika and ground turmeric in a blender until coarsely chopped.

3Add the oil and blend, scraping down the side of the blender occasionally, until a smooth paste forms.
