🥘 Ingredients
- coriander 1 cup // cut into 2cm pieces
- cucumber 1 // cut into thin strips
- red chilies 1-2 // thinly sliced
- spring onions 2 stems // thinly sliced diagonally
- rice vinegar 1½ tbsp
- sesame oil 1½ tsp
- light soy sauce ½ tsp
- sugar 2 tsp
- salt ½ tsp

1Remove the thick stems and cut the coriander . Slice the cucumber into strips. Cut the red chilies and spring onions . Combine everything in a bowl. Combine rice vinegar , sesame oil , light soy sauce , sugar and salt . Toss everything to make sure it's coated well. Serve cold with other dishes.
