🥘 Ingredients

  • coriander 1 cup // cut into 2cm pieces
  • cucumber 1 // cut into thin strips
  • red chilies 1-2 // thinly sliced
  • spring onions 2 stems // thinly sliced diagonally
  • rice vinegar 1½ tbsp
  • sesame oil 1½ tsp
  • light soy sauce ½ tsp
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • salt ½ tsp

    Remove the thick stems and cut the coriander . Slice the cucumber into strips. Cut the red chilies and spring onions . Combine everything in a bowl. Combine rice vinegar , sesame oil , light soy sauce , sugar and salt . Toss everything to make sure it's coated well. Serve cold with other dishes.
