Cut the @red chilies{1-2 // thinly sliced} and @spring onions{2%stems // thinly sliced diagonally}. Combine everything in a bowl. Combine @rice vinegar{1½ tbsp}, @sesame oil{1½ tsp}, @light soy sauce{½ tsp}, @sugar{2 tsp} and @salt{½ tsp}. Toss everything to make sure it's coated well. Serve cold with other dishes.
