- lean ground beef ½ lb
- garlic salt ¼ tsp
- salt ¼ tsp
- onion powder ¼ tsp
- soy sauce 2 splashes
- wonton skins
- Chinese hot sauce ½ tsp
- peanut butter ½ tsp
- catsup ½ cup
- sugar 1 Tbsp

1Mix lean ground beef , garlic salt , salt , onion powder , and soy sauce together and roll into 1/2 tsp balls.

2Form them in wonton skins and fry.

3Make dipping sauce by mixing Chinese hot sauce , peanut butter , catsup , and sugar .
