  • whole plain yogurt 125 g
  • eggs 3 large
  • granulated sugar 200 g
  • all-purpose or cake flour 180 g
  • baking powder 2 tsp
  • canola oil Β½ cup

    Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Butter and flour an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan .

    Empty the 1 jar of whole plain yogurt from its little jar in a mixing bowl . Add the eggs and whisk to combine. Using the yogurt jar as a measuring cup, add 2 jars of granulated sugar . Whisk well. Whisk in 3 jars of all-purpose or cake flour , the baking powder , then 1 jar of canola oil . Whisk until homogeneous.

    Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes , or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
