- whole plain yogurt 125 g
- eggs 3 large
- granulated sugar 200 g
- all-purpose or cake flour 180 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- canola oil Β½ cup

- 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan

1Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Butter and flour an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan .

2Empty the 1 jar of whole plain yogurt from its little jar in a mixing bowl . Add the eggs and whisk to combine. Using the yogurt jar as a measuring cup, add 2 jars of granulated sugar . Whisk well. Whisk in 3 jars of all-purpose or cake flour , the baking powder , then 1 jar of canola oil . Whisk until homogeneous.

3Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes , or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
