    Slice some bananas in the morning and put them in a resealable bag in the freezer.

    Come evening, put those banana slices into a food processor and whiz them up into an ice cream that has no cream.

    Scoop and top with some chopped peanuts .

    Add a splash of maple syrup (optional) to the whizzed-up bananas, if you like. You can top with pecans (optional) instead of peanuts. Or both. Finish with a squirt of real whipped cream (optional) .
