  • cream of chicken or potato soup 1 can
  • sour cream 8 oz
  • butter 1 stick
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • mild cheddar cheese 8 oz
  • hash brown potatoes 16 oz
  • corn flakes

  • casserole or foil pan
  • Pam
  • bowl

    Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

    Bake only in casserole or foil pan coated with Pam .

    In a bowl mix chopped onions , cream of chicken or potato soup , sour cream , melted butter , salt , pepper , 1/2 of the grated mild cheddar cheese , and hash brown potatoes .

    Place in pan.

    Place 1/2 cheese on top (cover).

    Bake 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered with corn flakes on top.
