- cream of chicken or potato soup 1 can
- sour cream 8 oz
- butter 1 stick
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 1 tsp
- mild cheddar cheese 8 oz
- hash brown potatoes 16 oz
- corn flakes

- casserole or foil pan
- Pam

1Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

2Bake only in casserole or foil pan coated with Pam .

3In a bowl mix chopped onions , cream of chicken or potato soup , sour cream , melted butter , salt , pepper , 1/2 of the grated mild cheddar cheese , and hash brown potatoes .

4Place in pan.

5Place 1/2 cheese on top (cover).

6Bake 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered with corn flakes on top.
