Vinaigrette

🥘 Ingredients

  • garlic 1 clove
  • salt 3 pinches
  • salt ½ tsp
  • pepper 0.12 tsp
  • red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice ¼ cup
  • shallot 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard ½ tsp
  • olive oil ¾ cup

    If garlic flavor is desired, mash to a paste garlic and 2 to 3 pinches of salt .

    Remove to a small bowl . Add salt , pepper , red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice , minced shallot , and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp prepared mustard .

    Whisk until blended. Add gradually, whisking constantly after each addition olive oil .

    If made in advance, cover and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
