  • parsley 2 cups
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper ½ tsp
  • red chili pepper flakes ½ tsp
  • shallot or onion, minced 2 Tbsp
  • vegetable or olive oil ¾ cup
  • sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp
  • lemon juice 3 Tbsp

    To prepare the Chimichurri sauce, place parsley , garlic , salt , pepper , red chili pepper flakes , shallot or onion, minced , vegetable or olive oil , sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar , and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not puréed. Set aside.
