1To prepare the Chimichurri sauce, place parsley , garlic , salt , pepper , red chili pepper flakes , shallot or onion, minced , vegetable or olive oil , sherry wine vinegar or red wine vinegar , and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not puréed. Set aside.
