  • olive oil 1 Tbsp
  • onion 1 cup
  • garlic 1 Tbsp
  • roasted red peppers 1 24-oz jar
  • salt
  • pepper

🍳 Cookware

  • saucepan
  • immersion blender
  • fine sieve or a chinois

    In a saucepan , heat the olive oil , when hot add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic , and when fragrant add the roasted red peppers and their juice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes .

    With an immersion blender , process until very smooth.

    Strain through a fine sieve or a chinois and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper .
