- shallots 1 Tbsp
- fresh basil 1 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar ¼ cup
- whole grain mustard 2 tsp
- agave 2 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 1 tsp
- olive oil ¾ cup

1Chop the garlic , shallots and fresh basil . Set the basil aside.

2Whisk the red wine vinegar , whole grain mustard , agave , garlic, shallots, salt and pepper together in a small mixing bowl until combined.

3Continue to whisk while slowly drizzling olive oil into the mixture to combine.

4Garnish with the chopped basil and serve.
