Italian Vinaigrette

🥘 Ingredients

  • nutritional yeast 2 tsp
  • dried basil 1 ½ tsp
  • dried oregano ½ tsp
  • garlic powder ½ tsp
  • celery seed ¼ tsp
  • crushed red pepper (optional) 1 pinch
  • pepper 0.12 tsp
  • red wine vinegar ¼ cup
  • water ¼ cup
  • maple syrup 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 Tbsp
  • tahini 1 ½ tsp
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp

    Combine nutritional yeast , dried basil , dried oregano , garlic powder , celery seed , crushed red pepper (optional) , pepper , red wine vinegar , water , maple syrup , lemon juice , tahini , Dijon mustard , and salt in a blender and purée until smooth.

    Taste and add extra pepper if desired.

    Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
