- TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice 2 cups
- water (optional)

- ice cube tray

1Add peeled ginger root , peeled lemons , peeled turmeric root , and TJ's lemon ginger echinacea juice to a blender .

2Add water (optional) to desired consistency.

3Pour in an ice cube tray and put in freezer overnight.

4Take them out and place in zip look bags and grab on every evening together with a little more echinacea juice or water.
