- shallots 2 tbsp
- butter 3 tbsp
- shrimp 100 g
- Madeira 2 tbsp

1Follow the instructions on ./quiche.cook.

2Mince shallots and cook in butter for 1 to2 minutes over moderate heat until tender,but not browned. Add shrimp meat and stir gently for 2 minutes. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Add Madeira , raise heat, and boil for a moment.

3Allow to cool slightly before mixing into the filling
