  • shallots 2
  • butter 2 Tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove
  • shrimps 200 g
  • heavy cream ΒΌ cup
  • Pastis 1/5@cup

    Mince shallots finely and sautee them over slow heat with butter . After a few minutes, add finely minced garlic .

    Turn the heat up (6/10) and add the already cooked shrimps . Roast for no more than a few minutes until they are slightly crispy, making sure to mix constantly and energetically.

    Add heavy cream and wait until temperature is gained. Keep mixing by scraping the bottom of the pan. Do not reduce.

    Add Pastis and ignite the alcohol as soon as possible. Lower temperature slightly and serve after the flame has died out.
