🥘 Ingredients

• philadelphia cheese 400 g
• Vanillinzucker 10 g
• salt
• sugar 180 g
• eggs 3
• heavy cream 250 ml
• corn starch 10 g

   Mix philadelphia cheese with Vanillinzucker , salt , and sugar in a big bowl.

   Add eggs and heavy cream . Mix well.

   Sieve corn starch and mix well.

   Fill a baking mold covered with baking paper with the batter. Place in the middle of the oven at 200C. Bake for 70 min .

   Let the cheescake cool down, and then store in the fridge.
