Tarragon gravy

🥘 Ingredients

• sugar 30 gram
• tarragon 3 sprigs
• ouzo 1 shot
• gravy 300 ml
• salt
• pepper
• butter

   Caramellize the sugar .

   Finely cut the leaves of the tarragon and add them to the sugar.

   Add the ouzo .

   Add the gravy and reduce for 25%.

   Shortly before serving, add salt and pepper to taste and assemble with butter .
