Creamy Pink Chicken Pasta

🥘 Ingredients

  • pasta 8 oz
  • olive oil 1-2 tsp
  • cherry tomatoes ½ cup
  • salt pinch
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • shredded rotisserie chicken 1 cup
  • red sauce ½ cup
  • heavy cream 1-2 tbsp
  • parmesan cheese

    Cool pasta according to package. Drain but don’t rinse your pasta. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt . Sauté until tomatoes become “jammy,” about 5-6 minutes . Add in garlic and sauté to combine. Add in your shredded rotisserie chicken then pour in the red sauce and heavy cream . Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Add in the cooked pasta, stir and top with parmesan cheese .
