- onion 1
- garlic cloves 2
- carrots 2
- butter 1 tbsp
- red lentils 75 g
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- spinach 100 g
- parsley 1 bunch
- lemon Β½
- salt

1Cut the onion , the garlic cloves and the carrots and stew in melted butter for about 3 to 4 minutes .

2Add red lentils , stew for a few minutes . Then fill hot vegetable broth and cook for another 10 minutes .

3Cut the spinach and the parsley and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes .

4Add the juice of the lemon and salt .
