Herbal omelettes with smoked salmon

  • smoked salmon 75 g
  • pickles 100 g
  • dill 1 bunch
  • cream cheese 100 g
  • salt
  • grounded black pepper
  • eggs 6
  • milk 150 ml
  • oregano
  • basil

    Dice the smoked salmon and pickles and finely chop the dill . Mix them in a bowl with cream cheese , salt and grounded black pepper .

    Whisk the eggs with the milk and mix with the oregano and basil . In a frying pan , fry omelettes from the mixture.

    When ready, fill with the prepared filling and roll into rolls.
