- smoked salmon 75 g
- pickles 100 g
- dill 1 bunch
- cream cheese 100 g
- salt
- grounded black pepper
- eggs 6
- milk 150 ml
- oregano
- basil

1Dice the smoked salmon and pickles and finely chop the dill . Mix them in a bowl with cream cheese , salt and grounded black pepper .

2Whisk the eggs with the milk and mix with the oregano and basil . In a frying pan , fry omelettes from the mixture.

3When ready, fill with the prepared filling and roll into rolls.
