Chicken wings with coconut dip

  • peanuts 50 g
  • lime 1
  • ginger 1
  • mint 1 bunch
  • peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • coconut milk 25 ml
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • chili
  • olive oil
  • chicken wings 400 g

    Finely chop the peanuts . Grate the zest of lime and squeeze the juice from it. Grate the ginger and chop the mint .

    Mix in a bowl the grated ginger, peanut butter , coconut milk , soy sauce , chili , lime juice, olive oil and the peanuts.

    Bake the chicken wings in a baking tray at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes .

    Serve with the coconut dip.
