- peanuts 50 g
- lime 1
- ginger 1
- mint 1 bunch
- peanut butter 2 tbsp
- coconut milk 25 ml
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- chili
- olive oil
- chicken wings 400 g

1Finely chop the peanuts . Grate the zest of lime and squeeze the juice from it. Grate the ginger and chop the mint .

2Mix in a bowl the grated ginger, peanut butter , coconut milk , soy sauce , chili , lime juice, olive oil and the peanuts.

3Bake the chicken wings in a baking tray at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes .

4Serve with the coconut dip.
